KINSHIP does not sell your data and does not use it for advertising.

Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or using KINSHIP you agree to these terms, our community guidelines and our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use KINSHIP.

What KINSHIP is

An online social club built around the masc community, with femmes who connect with us welcome too. It is for friendship and community — not dating or hookups.

Who can join

• You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher).
• You may only have one account.
• You may not join if we've previously removed you, unless we've said you can come back.
• You may not join if you have been convicted of a sexual or violent offence, or are on a sex offender register.

Your account

• Keep your password private and don't share your account. You're responsible for activity on it.
• Keep the details you give us accurate.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

What you can't do

• Harass, bully, stalk, troll or intimidate anyone.
• Post hate, discrimination, threats or anything encouraging violence.
• Seek dates, hookups or sexual contact, or post sexual, nude or graphic content.
• Share anyone's private information, or screenshots of members, without their consent.
• Pretend to be someone else or lie about your age.
• Spam, advertise, sell, or use KINSHIP for business without our permission.
• Scrape, copy or download other members' posts or photos.
• Hack, overload, or get around blocks, suspensions or bans — including with new accounts.
• Use KINSHIP for anything illegal.

Your content

• You own what you post. You give KINSHIP permission to store it and show it to signed-in members.
• Only post things you have the right to share.
• Don't put phone numbers, addresses or bank details on your profile or in posts.
• You can delete your posts at any time. We may keep records where the law requires it or to deal with a safety report.

Other members' content

What other members post belongs to them. You may not copy, save, share or reuse it outside KINSHIP.

Moderation and enforcement

• Moderators may remove content, warn, suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these terms or the guidelines.
• Username-only mode protects your privacy from other members, not from moderation. You remain accountable for everything you post.
• Moderation actions are logged so enforcement stays consistent.
• We may share information with authorities when legally required or to protect someone's safety.

Privacy

Your email and exact location are never shown to other members. See our privacy policy for what we collect and your rights, including access, correction, deletion and data export.

KINSHIP's name and design

The KINSHIP name, logo and design belong to us. Please don't reuse them without permission.

Copyright complaints

If you think something on KINSHIP uses your work without permission, email us with what it is, where it appears and your contact details, and we'll look into it.

Links to other sites

The Noticeboard and member posts may link to outside clubs, helplines and services. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.

Availability

We may change, pause or improve parts of KINSHIP, and it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance. We'll restore it as soon as we reasonably can.

Closing your account

You can request deletion of your account in Settings at any time.

No guarantees

KINSHIP is provided as-is. We work hard on safety and security, but no online service can remove every risk. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and tell members about major changes in the app.
